Should a Hanafi Imaam wait Until the Shaafi'ee Follower completes saying' Aameen" ?

Q: Salaah-261: We have both Indian and African Muslims here in Chipata. While all the Indian Muslims are Hanafi, all the African Muslims are Shaafi'ee. The African Muslims come to our Masaajid for the Jumu'ah salaah and perform the salaah behind the Hanafi Imaam. Now whereas the Imaam needs to start reciting Bismillaah and a Surah immediately after the Surah Faatiha, the Shafi'ee followers prolong their recitation of Aameen. Should the Imaam wait for them to complete saying Aameen or start the Bismillaah and Surah immediately?

Answer: the Imaam may wait until the followers complete saying Aameen In this case and it will not be Makrooh for him to do so. In fact, the Imaam may also prolong his recitation of Aameen so that the wait does not seem too long. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
