Is the Jumu'ah salaah Waajib (compulsory) for the People who reside on the Outskirts of a City?

Q: Salaah-275: There are two villages outside Randher and the Fajr Adhaan of both places can be heard when called out over the loudspeaker. Is it then necessary for the people of these villages to come to Randher for the Jumu'ah salaah?

Answer: Since these two villages are regarded as separate from Rahdher, it will not be Waajib (compulsory) for the residents to perform the Jumu'ah salaah. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
