The Virtue of Engaging in Intercourse on Fridays

Q: Salaah-280: Is it better to engage in sexual intercourse with one's wife on Fridays? What is the proof for this?

Answer: The proof for it is a Hadith in which Rasulullaah SAW. states the Virtue of taking a bath on Fridays and for making another take a bath, referring to intercourse with one's wife (which will make her take a bath). Amongst the benefits of this is that it promotes lowering of the gazes, chastity and concentration in salaah because one is saved from evil thoughts.2 And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
