Reciting the Takbeer Tashreeq during the days of Tashreeq

Q: Salaah-296: Is it Waajib (compulsory) to recite the Takbeer Tashreeq during the days of Tashreeq? Should it be recited audibly or silently and if anyone complains that it disturbs people still performing salaah, should it be left out or recited softly?

Answer: It is Waajib (compulsory) to recite the Takbeer Tashreeq after the five daily salaahs and this is done audibly, It will not be recited softly for the sake of the Masbooq but it is Makrooh and forbidden to scream or to unnecessarily raise the voice. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
