Can Salaah in Jamaa'ah be counted as Qadhaa salaah?

Q: Salaah-305: If the person in the above question made the intention of Qadhaa salaah, will it be regarded as such?

Answer: It will not be regarded as Qadhaa salaah because while the Imaam is performing his salaah on time, the follower is not. The two salaahs will therefore not be corresponding. And Allaah knows best that is most correct.
