Reciting (SALAAMO ALAYKUM) instead of (ASSALAAMO ALAYKUM) when making Salaam

Q: Salaah-639: instead of reciting (ASSALAAMO ALAYKUM) when making Salaam, some Imaams say (SALAAMO ALAYKUM) What is the ruling? Will it be Makrooh?

Answer: It is Sunnah for the Imaam and Mufarid to recite:? (ASSALAAMO ALAYKUM WA?RAH MATULLAAH) However, it would conflict with the Sunnah and would be Makrooh if a person recites Reciting SALAAMO ALAYKUM instead of ASSALAAMO ALAYKUM? And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
