Takbeer Tashreeq for the Masbooq

Q: Salaah-694: Is the Takbeer Tashreeq Waajib (compulsory) for the Masbooq? If a Masbooq forgetfully made Salaam with the Imaam and then recited the Takbeer Tashreeq as well, will his salaah be valid?

Answer: The Takbeer Tashreeq is Waajib (compulsory) for the Masbooq as well. If a Masbooq forgetfully made Salaam with the Imaam and then recited the Takbeer Tashreeq as well, his salaah will not be nullified. He may still complete his missed Rakaahs and then perform Sajdah Sahw to compensate for the error. It is then best for him to repeat the Takbeer Tashreeq after his salaah. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
