An Error in Surah Tahreem

Q: Salaah-714: Instead of reciting:

Du?aa Fatawa Rahimiyyah (vol.2 pg. 537)

a person recited:

Du?aa Fatawa Rahimiyyah (vol.2 pg. 537)

This happened after he had already recited more than three verses. Is the salaah valid and will it have to be repeated)?

Answer: Even though more than three verses were recited in the stated case, the salaah will be nullified. the salaah will have to be repeated. However, if the error was corrected within the salaah. there will be no need to repeat it. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
