Q: Salaah-724: When a Musaafir Imaam completes his Qasr salaah and the Muqeem Muqtadis stand up to complete the balance of their Rakaahs, should they recite Surah Faatiha and a Surah?

Answer: When standing up to complete their Rakaahs, the Muqeem Muqtadis will neither recite Surah Faatiha nor any Surah. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
