Will Sajdah be valid if only the Big Toe touches the Ground in Sajdah?

Q: Salaah-338: What do the Ulema and Muftis have to say about a person who only has his big toe touching the ground in Sajdah and none of the other toes?

Answer: Although the Sajdah will be valid when only the big toe touches the ground, doing so contradicts the Sunnah. It will therefore be Makrooh. The Sunnah method of performing the Sajdah is to place all the toes of both feet on the ground, facing the Qibla. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
