Proceeding in Ruku immediately after the Takbeer Tahreema

Q: Salaah-354: A follower stood in Qiyaam when he called out the Takbeer Tahreema but then proceeded immediately to join the Imaam in Ruku without pausing. Will the obligation of Qiyaam be fulfilled? Is the pause necessary?

Q: Salaah-355: The duration it takes to call out the Takbeer Tahreema is Sufficient as Standing in Qiyaam to call out the Takbeer Tahreema fulfils both the obligation of Qiyaam as well as that of the Takbeer Tahreema. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.

Calling out the Takbeer Tahreems while Bending for Ruku

Q: Salaah-356: A follower did not call out the Takbeer Tahreema in the standing posture (Qiyaam), but as he was proceeding for Ruku. In this way he joined the Imaam in Ruku. Is this valid and will the Rakaah be counted behind the Imaam.

Answer: In the stated case, he will not be considered as having started the salaah and his Rakaahs will therefore not be valid. This is because the condition for the Takbeer Tahreema is that it be called out in Qiyaam. In fact, one will not be regarded as having started the salaah if he calls out "Allaah" while in Qiyaam and "Akbar" while in Ruku. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
