Should the Taraaweeh salaah be Repeated when Sajdah Sahw was Omitted?

Q: Salaah-453: After reciting a Sajdah verse, the Imaam performed two Sajdahs instead of one. Because the second Sajdah delayed the standing posture, will Sajdah Sahw be necessary or not? If necessary and it was not performed, will it be necessary to repeat the salaah? Need the repetition be in Jamaa'ah or can it be done individually?

Answer: Because the Sajdah delayed the Qiyaam, Sajdath Sahw will be necessary. If not performed, the salaah needs to be repeated within the time for the salaah and this can be done in Jamaa'ah if the people are present there, otherwise individually. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
