The Takbeer Before the Eid Khutbah

Q: Salaah-543: How many times must the Khateeb recite the Takbeer Before the Khutbah and what is the basis for this?

Answer: It is Mustahab for the Khateeb to silently recite the Takbeer nine times before the Khutbah, viz.:
(9 times ALLAAHU AKBAR then LAA ILAAHAA ILLALAAHU WALLAAHU AKBAR ALLAAHU AKBAR WALIL LAAHIL HAMD.)
It is also best recited seven times silently at the beginning of the second Khutbah and fourteen times at the end before descending from the Mimbar? And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
