Travelling 48 Miles to Work Every Day

Q: Salaah-500: I work for the government roadways and travel 50 miles to work every day. Do I perform Qasr salaah when I reach work?

Answer: In the states case, you will be a Musaafir as soon as you leave your home town with the intention of travelling more than 48 miles (88km). You will therefore perform Qasr on the road to and from work. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
