Opposing a Righteous Imaam because of Personal Conflict

Q: Salaah-34: Although the Imaam is righteous and practises the Sunnah, some people are demanding that the trustees dismiss him because of a personal vendetta. Will it be permissible for the trustees to do so because of their demands?

Answer: If the Imaam is innocent, it will not be permissible to dismiss the Imaam because those with a personal vendetta are themselves at fault.
