Reciting a Surah after Surah Faatiha in the Fourth Rakaah of a Fardh Salaah

Q: Salaah-47: Is Sajdah Sahw necessary is one recites a Surah after Surah Faatiha in the third or fourth Rakaahs of a three or four Rakaah Fardh salaah?

Answer: Sajdah Sahw is not necessary in the stated case.t And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
