Joining the Last Letter of a Surah with the Takbeer of Ruku

Q: Salaah-61: Will there be any harm caused to the salaah if a person joined the last letters of Surah Kowthar or Surah Ikhlaas to the Takbeer of Ruku by reciting: HUWAL ABTAR ALLAAHU AKBAR and KAFARN AHADALLAAHU AKBAR.?

Answer: When the last letter of a Surah is praising Allaah, it may be joined with the Takbeer, otherwise not. There will therefore be no harm in reciting
KAFARN AHADALLAAHU AKBAR. but when reciting HUVAL ABTAR

it is necessary to first stop before reciting the Takbeer (ALLAAHU AKBAR) thereafter.
