The Ghusl and Kafan of a Hermaphrodite

Q: Janaa'iz-48: A man passed away at the age of fifty. He was neither male nor female, but a Khunthaa Mushkil (hermaphrodite). How will he be bathed and shrouded?

Answer: Such a hermaphrodite will not be bathed, but Tayammum will be made. The Kafan of a woman consisting of five pieces of material will be used for the shroud. It must however not be made of silk or dyed in saffron. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
