Sitting and Leading the Janaazah salaah

Q: Janaa'iz-78: The successor of the deceased is a pious man who is Particular about following the Shari'ah. He is how ever ill and weak What will the ruling be if he sits and leads the Janaazah salaah?

Answer: The Jana azahsalaah in the stated case will be valid.
N B. This applies not only to the successor but to anyone wishing to lead the Janaazah salaah. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
