Gargling the Mouth and Rinsing the Nose when Taking a Bath While Fasting

Q: Saum-15: A person needed to bath while fasting because he experienced a wet dream. Will his bath be valid if he did not gargle and did not allow water to reach the soft upper part of the nostrils? Will his salaah then be valid?

Answer: It is not necessary for the fasting person to gargle the mouth and to wet the soft upper part of the nostrils. There is therefore no need to repeat the salaahs performed with this Ghusl. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
