Opening the Tent of s person in I'tikaaf to make way for the Rows

Q: It'kaaf-28: The people sitting in I'tikaaf erect tents in the centre Rows, which obstructs the Musallis wanting to form the rows for salaah. They are then forced to stand in the rows at the back. Can the area be obstructed in this manner?

Answer: If the space occupied by the I'tikaaf tents is needed 'at the time of Salaah the tents will have to be opened up. In fact, people will be sinful for failing to do so. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
