Can a Person who owns a Home and Property? Accept Sadaqatul Fitr if he is Needy

Question: Although a person owns a home and farming land. the income received from it cannot sustain him. Can he be given Sadaqatul Fitr if he is in reed on the day of Eid?

Answer: Yes, he may be given Sadaqatul Fitr And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
