A wife and Grandmother's nephew

Question: A man is survived by his wife and nephew of his grandmother (father?s mother). This nephew is the son of the deceased person's father's uncle (mother's brother). How will his estate be distributed?

Answer: After settling all debts and expenses as determined by the Shari'ah, the estate will be divided into 4 shares and distributed as follows:

wife ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?????????? 1

Grandmother?s Nephew?????????????? 3

The grandmother's nephew will inherit due to his relation as Dhawil Arhaam. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
