Disputing the Words Used to Divorce

Question: A man said the following in the presence of two witnesses, "In the presence of these two witnesses do I divorce my wife; divorce my wife; divorce my wife." Whereas one witness heard all three divorces, the other did not. What is the ruling?

Answer: Three divorces will be issued. It is sufficient for the words to be Spoke loud enough for just the person speaking to hear. The divorce will be effective even if the witnesses heard nothing.
