Using Ambiguous wards in a letter of Divorce

Question: I am married to man and have four sons from him, when I went home after an argument. he wrote me three letters The first letter stated why should I call you home? It is your sons who are calling for you. the second stated. "It is perhaps better for me to divorce you " The third contained the words. "I do not want to keep you. You may marry someonem else I am writing a divorce and you are no longer mine It is best for me to divorce one like you for you do not deserve me.
These letters have all been written by him. Is divorce effective?

Answer: If the husband admits to having written these letters. divorce will be effective and the wife needs to sit in Iddah. after which she may remarry.
