Trimming the Ends of the hair to? Stimulate Hair Growth

Q: Prohibitions and Permissions-18: Can a woman trim the ends of her hair to stimulate hair growth? People say that split ends prevent further growth of the hair and removing them will make the hair grow.

Answer: The hair cannot be cut once it has grown long enough. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
