Question 335) - What should they do if the enemy attacks and they are unable to perform salah with Ruku, or sujud, not even by indication, whether individually or following the Imam?

A: They should delay the salah as Rasulullaah (S.A.W.) did at the Battle of Khandaq , Al-Bukhari narrates just before the Book of Azan that Jabir bin ,Abdillah RADI. narrates that 'Umar bin al-Khattab came after sunset and cursed the Kuffar of the Quraysh. He said, "O Rasulullaah, I was only able to pray ,Asr when the sun was about? to set." Rasulullaah (S.A.W.) said, ?By Allaah, I was unable to pray it." We then went to Bat-han. He made Wudu for Salah and we did likewise. He prayed 'Asr after sunset and then prayed Magrib.
and pray it when they can even if Qada.
