Sitting on the Teacher's Seat

Q: Prohibitions and Permissions-52: Is there any harm in silting on the teacher's seat during his absence? Please reply with authentic references.

Answer: It is improper for a student to sit in the teacher's seat during his absence, as stated in Khulaasatul Fataawaa (Vol.4 Pg.327). And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
