Salaah in and Aeroplane

Q: Miss-16: What is the ruling concerning performing salaah in the aeroplane?

Answer: Salaah should not be missed when on an aeroplane. It must be performed and then repeated after landing. While it is better to repeat the salaah after landing, this is not compulsory. As for people who fly very frequently or work on aeroplanes, they need not repeat their salaahs because of the great difficulty involved. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
