Marrying one's Mother's Maternal Aunt

Question: What do the Ulema of Deen and the Muftis have to say about a marriage between Munna Begam (who is the daughter of Abdur Rasheed) and Khalil Ahmed (the son of Abdul Azeez Khan. They two are related as follows:

Answer: Munna Begam and Khalil Ahmed cannot be married because she happens to be his mother's maternal aunt. He is therefore her niece's son.
