Marrying the Daughter of a Woman one Has Committed Adultery with

Question: A man intends marrying the daughter of a woman he had committed adultery with. Can he do this?

Answer: It is Haraam to marry the daughter of a woman with whom one has committed adultery. The adultery will how ever have to proven either by his admission or by witnesses who fit the requisites of the Shari'ah.
