Nafl Umrah during the Days of Hajj

Q: Hajj-38: After completing the Umrah of Tamattu Hajj, can a person staying over in Makkah perform Nafl Umrahs before the Hajj commences?

Answer: The preferred opinion is that during the Hajj period, there is no harm for a person from outside Makkah to perform Nafl Umrah. This, however, excludes the days of. Arafah, Nahr and Tosh reeq. It is foolish of some people to prevent others from this great act of Ibaadah, which people are unable to carry out when they are at home.
