Question 597) - What is a Jinayah [violation] in Hajj and 'Umrah?
A: There are two kinds:
1. Violating the restrictions of Ihram., 2. Violating the actions of Hajj and 'umrah, such as leaving a wajib, mixing the order, delaying a Fard or Wajib from its time.
