Question 1015) - The land was rented for building or planting and the contract period has expired. How will the land be returned to the owner?
A: The tree/building must be removed and the empty land returned to the owner. The land owner also has the option to offer him the price of free of the land and buy it from him or he may leave it as it is, each owning his own possession.
