Question 48) - A man does not have Wudu and fear he will miss the Jumu'ah Salah if he makes Wudu. Can he make Tayammum?

A: He may not make Tayammum. He must make Wudu. If he catches with the Imam he should pray two Rak'at of Jumu'ah. If he misses him he should pray four Rak'at of Zuhr.
