Question 569) - Should he then perforrn Tawaful Wida' when he leaves Mina or delay it until he ultimately leaves Makkah?

A: As soon as he makes a Tawaf after Tawafuz Ziyarah is counts as Tawaful Wida', even if his intention was Nafl Tawaf. It is however Mustahab for him to delay his intended Tawaful Wida' until he is going to leave for his homeland.
