Question 1354) - What is the status of Musaqah?
A: According to Imaam Abu Hanifa RAH. it is void. According to Imaam Abu yusuf RAH. and Imaam Muhammed RAH. it is valid on condition that a time a stipulated and as well the each party's share of the jointly owned fruit.
