Forcing a Place in the First Row

Q: salaah-365: Zaid comes to the Masjid as soon as the Adhaan is called out and sits in the first row. Bakr comes into the Masjid and sits in the last row, but when the lqaamah is being called out, he makes his way through all the rows and then forces a place next to zaid. Although zaid tells him that this act is wrong and uncouth, Bakr refuses to accept it' what is the ruling of the Shari'ah in this regard?

Answer: when a person intends to perform salaah in the Masjid, he should sit in the first row from the time he enters or wherever else he finds place sitting at the back when there is place in front and then forcing one's way forward is uncouth and seriously Makrooh. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
