Eating Before the salaah on Eidul Adhaa

Q: Salaah-301: What is the ruling with regard to a person eating before the Eidul Adhaa salaah when he needs to slaughter an animal?

Answer: While some ulema say that this is Makrooh, others are of the opinion that it is not. To reconcile the two opinions, we will say that those saying that it is Makrooh are saying that it is Makrooh Tanzeehi and those saying that it is not Makrooh are saying that it is not Makrooh Tahreemi. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
