A: If they had entered into the Fasid transaction in which there is an exchange of goods having a monetary value, and the buyer takes the goods with the consent of the seller, the buyer becomes the owner and is liable to pay the seller. However, it is wajib upon both of them to cancel the transaction in obedience to Shari'ah.
